NEW HAVEN TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 4, 2018
CALL TO ORDER
Supervisor Timothy Teifke called the special meeting for September 4th to order at 5:00 p.m. at the New Haven Town Hall. Roll call: Councilman Dan Barney, Councilwoman Mary Curcio, Councilwoman Patricia Prosser, Councilman William Rombough, and Supervisor Timothy Teifke present.
PURPOSE OF MEETING
Inter-municipal Agreement: The amended inter-municipal agreement with the Town of Scriba, the Town of Volney and the Town of New Haven was reviewed and discussed. The attorney for the Town stated that he has no legal issues with the agreement as amended. The engineering issues were explained by the engineer. Motion by Dan Barney, second by William Rombough, to accept the agreement as amended. Barney, Aye; Mary Curcio, Aye; Patricia Prosser, Aye; William Rombough, Aye; Timothy Teifke, Aye. Carried
